The brand focuses on traditional Indonesian techniques, such as embroidery and hand weaving. The more intimate and personal, the more it is real. About The Designer
Indonesian young fashion designer lives in Jakarta. Born in Semarang, Angelita Nurhadi developed a fascination with Indonesian culture at young age. She studied textile design in Bandung Institute of Technology, and relocated to Jakarta to work as designer for one of Indonesia’s most prominent fashion designer before launching her brand STUDIOJEJE in 2018.
Creating STUDIOJEJE was then the natural step forward for her love of sharing stories and exploring things through fashion. Angelita often finds inspiration from her curiosity of Indonesian heritage and pop culture. Her works is said to be characterized by use of handcrafted intricate details & exploration over her skill and knowledge to any kinds of project
